look i am a pure ford guy and the new camaro is junk it looks like junk just like every thing that gm produces for example THE GTO come on all the have is horses.....

Hey....if you guys turn out to be right, then great. If you find a 400+hp 09 Camaro stickering for less than 30K..........call me. But honestly, I don't think I want to know what kind of build quality or interior your gonna end up with IF GM can get the cost of a 400+hp Camaro to come in under 30K. There simply will be too many corners cut......and fewer ppl will want them. Most of the big F-body guys I know aren't all that pumped about the upcoming 5th gens. Most would rather dump 15K on a used LS1 Camaro or T/A and have a 12,11, or even 10 sec street car.

well i saw the comaro concept at the LA auto show, and it looks very similar in person to the new challenger, but the equipment it comes with show its a concept, unless its extrmemly good looking cheap compnents. O, and it looks tits.

The front end of the comaro resembles the "proposed" look of the 2008 GTO that was scrapped. It was to be based on the Zeta platform and produced in Wilmington Delaware.

I believe they took some of the looks of the 2008 GTO and built the concept of the Camaro after the decision to scrap the GTO was cast in stone.

I personally would like to see a whole "new" line of muscle cars reborn and built by everyone that had a hand in one way back when.
