Dont waste money on the drop in filter unless your filter is just horrible because its not worth the $40 unless you plain out need a new filter.
+1 for the GT Exhaust, best bang for the buck. Around 7hp gain and it gives a nice sound as well.

Honestly for that amount of money you can't do much, but you could make something for that price. For example I am currently making a few Fiberglass sub box for my 05. I am even debating selling them if I get people wanting them, but I don't want to get off of topic so to your question you have a great start, there's just not much to do for that price.
