yes it's true. yes it will be out in 06 (07 productioon year) and yes it will be a retroish car. It will also have mover power then any of the production vettes before it;s release. meaning that it will be over 400HP. It's also going to be spensive.

too expensive. what happened to the day when the average american could afford a good, strong, domestic vehicle? looks like dodge is gonna make another killing. just like the original mopars. ford and chevy need to lower prices.

i ppen to know a guy that used to be high up in GM. the new Camaro is being built to directly compete with the mustang. the base will have a v6 or i5 and the better version wil have the same engine that is in the 06 z51 vette, 400 hp. i don't know about the Firebird but he says its dead and to expect the return of the Le Mans with a v6.

I don't think f-bodies have been built since '93 to compete with Mustangs...

the f-bodies were actually built to destroy t-birds and cougars. the new 07 camaro concept is going to try to compete with the mustang, and it will make both cars better. i still think the 68 Z28 body style would be badass.
yup. the new c6's dyno at around 350 ish. and the Z06 will be even stronger. So they say that it will ahve more power then any production vette before 07. so that means at LEAST 375 and probably a good bit more then that. and I need to find the better pics that I had.. it's nice
Yeah it is coming back but the Firebird is dead but the Mustang will still out sell it like it always has because it is AMERICA'S PONY CAR. It is affordabel and for how much that new camaro is going to be you could buy a new Mustang and use the rest to make it just as fast if not faster and have some left over.
