What size turbo came stock on the SVOS?

They came stock with the AiResearch aka Garrett T3. 84 and 85 SVO's had a .63 trim size and 85.5 and 86 SVO's had .48 trim size.

.48 generally has less spool up time, but the .63 is better for a bit more boost.

cool! when i bought my svo it had the .48 turbo in it. then i bought a new one and its the .63 turbo. i was hoping that it was the better one. i tried to ask people at stangnet.com but nobody would reply.... so how much more can i boost it up? thanks a lot!!

I have never seen any real hard data, but I don't think that 2-3 psi is out of the question.
