I don't mind trash talkers. As long as they don't f**kin act like they're god's gift to man kind, tuners, racers....anything!

This kid is at a track about 800 feet lower than me (by his estimates, I'm not positive on Edgewater's altitude), has a Saturn that's about 100 pounds lighter from the factory, is more aerodynamic, and has replaced the stock muffler with a straight through (FYI, the 1.9L can gain 9 horses by hacking off the muffler, on a sub-2L motor!).

The kid brags and brags about his 15.6 slip with stock tires and an intake, muffler, and bored TB. Believable at sea level since the exhaust was really opened up.

But...to sit there an rip on someone who's running 1/10 slower at a higher altitude in a heavier car? And to think that they're god's f**king gift to saturns? It got to EVEN ME!!!!

it isnt that bad for a saturn, but jeep spent way less on his and is only 1/10th above at a higher altitude</P><edited><editID>Zcpeanut</editID><editDate>37860.4774652778</editDate></edited>

Hey hey hey hey...it was 15.7. A header, bored throttle body, and an intake were the mods.

The reason it's impressive in my eyes is because it's through a completely stock cat-back. You can gain 9 horses on the Saturn 4 banger by cutting off the muffler.

This kid used to have an intake, header, and a muffler (probably close to a 7 or 8 horsepower gain) and think's he's the s**t, especially since he's faster than my time and I have an LSD, which only helps off the line..........and make less power!

I hate idiots!

I know, I know. Beleive me, turbo is going to happen, and it will be in the 12's consistantly (with a little help from traction and juice, of course), maybe even 11's.

The thing is the car's probably going to be sold due to the problems with the tranny (don't ever get a LSD conversion from Phantom Grip, TRUST ME). But, if it's not, I have a p&p head waiting to go on it.<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0">

Ya'll know when I can smoke/hang with most of ya'll<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0">

I'll still hang....relatively speaking.<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0">

Fromt he exterior, it's gonna look pretty stock. The intercooler will be front mount, and I'm going to take some black radiator paint to it, so it's black and much harder to see, but not affect it's cooling capabilities.

Under the hood, I'm not gonna bother trying to hid s**t. All buisness baby. It'll be a decent sized t3/t4 super 60 trim turbo on a modified stock header (with some nice bracing, of course) and a shot of nitrous to speed things up (the turbo isn't monster, just more in favor of 4000+ RPM's on my car) and keep things roaring more furiously.

I think it'll do decently.<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley1.gif border="0">
