Anyone want to trade headlights? 99-04 - 9/29/2006 10:46:38 PM    laserred38 Posts: 4264 Joined: 4/10/2006 From: San Leandro, CA Status: offline I have aftermarket 99-04 black housing clear corner headlights on right now...i'm thinking about trading for some low-mileage 03/04 OEM headlights with the orange corners.... reason is they were fine with my Sylvania Silverstar halogen bulbs...but when i upgraded to TRUE Xenon HIDs....the light output wasn't as good as before because the HIDs are SO focused...with halogen bubls the output matches the OEM lights because the halogen beams aren't as defined as true HIDs...i have the boxes they came in and packaging materials so we would just pay shipping...i have had the lights on there for about a year and a half so they are JUST starting to fade...but barely...which is why i'm looking for some 03/04 lights in similar condition...i have pics of the car in my gallery...also some closer up pics of them with my old Silverstar bulbs: Photobucket _____________________________ Alpine speakers For Sale.
