My hood has the same damage must be the way they packed it. I can't wait to see the hood in another color besides black or blue... or grey primer.

Yea, Shelby was having fitting issues, but it should be fixed any day now, then it will start to ship.

I'm not sure the wheels on the black Mustang are Shelby Razors. They look a lot like the Razor wheel, but the center just doesn't look quite right and the spokes look a bit less angular. Edit #2: In fact, after looking at the wheels a bit more, notice the lug nuts are in line with the spokes on the unknown wheel, where on the Razor wheel the lugs are located between the spokes. Edit: I talked to Shelby a while back about the hood pin issue on that particular GT-H when this picture first cropped up. They reported they had not had the problem on any other vehicle and suspected that the hood had been popped with the pins still in. I've had hood pins on other vehicles and find it hard to imagine that just popping the hood release would do this, remember, there is a secondary hood release that must be manually operated in order to completely open the hood. It looks to me like someone released the hood, then released the secondary release and pulled up on the hood. Of course this is speculation on my part, but based on my experience with my other vehicle. Shelby suggested disconnecting the inside hood release but I'm not sure how you could otherwise open the hood. I was in the SLC airport on several occasions this week and had the opportunity to observe several GT-H vehicles and did not notice any with a similar hood pin issue.

I installed the cs6 hood today it will cost $600 to prep and paint and 4 hours of labor to make the heat extractor functional. Edit: I would also like to add that I took the car with the hood installed with no hood pins on the express way. The fastest I went was 75 and still no shaking or rattling of the hood. Shelby did a good job with its construction, it is very sturdy.
