Default QUIET performance exhaust

Ok, there's a billion and 3 exhaust threads on here, whats the best, etc.

But, unlike everyone else in the universe, I dont consider the best to be the loudest. I don't want to be one of those obnoxious jackasses who wakes up everyone in the neighbourhood at 2 AM running up and down the streets. While a nice low rumble inside the car is nice, I do not want noise or drone while driving. I plan to do up the interior, make my car more of a cruiser than a racer.

ANYWAYS.

I'd like more power, but without the noise. I just want to do an axle back bolt on. I was thinking of going with a GT take off, since being another OEM part, it can't make all that much noise. The question is, how much performance does this setup gain? I'm looking to you 28hopup, since you have practically the same setup as I would have (my CAI is from demolet being the difference).

What about other aftermarket exhausts? The aeroturbing looks and sounds like a fart can, I'm sorry, it's out. JBA? Flowmaster? MAC? Can anyone speak about real performance gains vs in-car noise?

$50 for a GT takeoff sounds great, but if it doesn't do anything for performance it's just chucking 50 bucks away.

the gt takeoff will add 5-7 hp or so and is pretty nic esound deeper but not much ouder. The JBA is also pretty quiet.

The single flowmaster is not too loud, but it is louder than the gt takeoff.

same thing goes with the ford racing. its loud at first, but it really mellows out as it breaks it giving it a nice tone.
