I cant speak for the coil springs that you are buying but i cant see why you would need to change anything else. I have a 2003 Gt and i lowered mine 2" all the way around. The only thing you might need to look at as new cambers. I didnt do new ones on mine i wanted to see if i needed them. I went to get my car allinged and it worked fine. Some places will tell you you have to do it. But i am here to tell you that is not true. Hope this helps. Also how low you going and how much you buying the springs for? I found alot of spring for 199 up and i ended up getting my new coil spring for 100 thats including shipping!!!

yes they'll work and you shouldn't need anything else. the drop on those are only 1.5 front and .75 rear so everthing should be ok

If you have a 00 GT, then your stock shocks/struts are completely worn out.

So the better question would be "Can I use the Ford Racing C springs without shocks & struts?".

My recommendation would be you need shocks & struts. Putting on the C springs with worn out shocks would not be comfortable, nor optimal.

Sincerely,
