Default Turndowns

I put turndowns on my 91 5.0 and it has a nasty droan when i let off the gas. Any way to fix it?
Also my idle isn't right. It keeps reving to 1500 RPM then dropping to 500 RPM. It's died on me twice with the clutch in. Any ideas of what it is?

drone comes with turndowns, they resonate off the ground... put tailpipes on.... or get ear plugs
