That doesn't work on the 200. The intake manifold is cast as part of the head.

This really wasn't a very good carburetor/intake setup, but it did allow for decent fuel economy in 1966 terms.
It has an off idle stumble and is very underpowered (about 80-90HP to the rear wheels on a well tuned engine). Most of the hesitation can be taken away by advancing the timing and running mid grade or better gas. choke adjustment is critical.
It is reliable, as in daily starting and stopping, and once adjusted doesn't require much in the way of maintenance.
If you plan to keep the 6 cylinder, and don't mind doing some modifications go here
www.fordsix.com and look through some of the threads on 2 barrel carburetor installs.
I'm still running the 1 barrel carb, but have done work to the carb and aircleaner to improve drivability.
