Default Lost to a BMW

Yesterday I was driving down I-90 and this late 80's BMW is all over my rear bumper. He pulls to the side of me and cuts me off. I dropped it in 4th and floored it. Right then he floors it and were off. From 70-130 we were dead even and then i had to get off at my exit. I was shocked this thing was fast!!!!

i had a similar experience with a new 540i. it was fun and games till about 100 when i decided that it wasn't worth it. i think he would have walked me had we continued.

It was a 4 door. I'm guessing it was a 5 series.

there is an M3 four-door. the m5 is a 5-series that will walk an M3. the M6 was one of the first M cars. it was launched in 83 based off the 635CSi. they had a 3.5 liter inline six putting out 286 hp, that's to the wheels. they weighed 3329 lbs. they would get to 60 in under 6 seconds with the slushbox, don't have the numbers for the 5-speed.
