Default '07 Pony Package Wheels

I am probably jumping the gun here, since I don't have my Mustang yet, but has anyone tried to remove the paint from their wheels to polish them? I am not sure if these wheels are painted or anodized. I like the polished look of this style of wheel and wanting to know if anyone has tried to polish them yet??? Thanks!!!!

Chrome pits, flakes, and looks like crap after a few years. Polished aluminum prepped with Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish will not pit and look great forever. The only thing the wheels can do is oxidize-trust me that will not happen.

So-do you know how to remove the coating?

If they are painted or anodized two good coats with 45 minutes in between of heavy duty over cleaner will take off both. The polishing is the hard part. Personally I would send them out to have this done. I will be doing this for sure as it is on the mod list.
