Raced a 5.0 and a z28

Sup guys,

I am coming home from work and i am taking kingston pike which is a very long road in tennessee. I stop at a red light and on my left pulls up a z28 and on my right a 5.0. This guy in the z28 is a smarta** and asks me if i drive a cobra.(which i am in) I looked at him and told him it was just a v6 with cobra emblems.

. The 5.0 overhears and starts reving. Now its on. I turn off traction control and get ready. Light turns green off the line perfect launch already pulling away from the 5.0. Z28 is staying with me then i shift to 2nd (damn wheel hop problem) finally get grip and pull away by the time i hit 3rd. z28 is about 1 car behind and the 5.0 is a sad 2 to 4 cars lengths back. I finally shut down and both guys want to check my car out. So we pull over and I pop the hood. The smarta** in the z28 looks at me and says thats not a v6! I was like yeah so I heard. I take both of their numbers and now we cruise every sunday with the cobra, ws6, 2 5.0s, 2 z28s,wrx, and a s2k. This was one of the best races i have had in a while.

sounds like a good time. I like to go out and race from time to time but I cant handle another ticket of any kind. LOL

yea I love riding w/ a group of fast cars like u guys do every sunday...I just work to much to have time for that

Yeah I cruised with some guys by me a few week ends back, kinda hard to find the american guys theres a lot of rice around here (Glen Burnie, Maryland)

anytime i race i make sure i become friends afterwards. like the guy with the z28(not the one in the race) we have been friends ever since. He just recently asked me to help him build his baby up. This is not a good sign for me becasue he will be able to roast me[:@]. we will see what happens

i like the wrx. I think they are fast and a good sedan. Me and my friend with the wrx just recently hit the streets for some racing. But there was no cars to race so we decided to race each other. Well we put on a full cut defencer from hks so he can pass the fuel cut off point. While we were racing (he upgraded to a ihi turbo which is bad as hell.) he hit fuel cut off 3 times. And finally the car went poof. He spun a bearing. I was just wanting to say that the full cut defence from hks really doesn't work and is a waste of money. The good thing was i got him a hook up with a twin turbo engine from japan. We have pictures of it and i can send you them if you give me your email address. Ohh yea we customized it by turning it into a single turbo engine(hard work). we even called cobb tuning to maybe sponser him to help get his car running and they decline. They told him they were scared something would happen to it. well we have 2 turbos that came with the car that he is trying to sell if you are interested or know anyone who would be. We finally said f*ck cobb tunning and we rebuilt it and now it works fine. we even sent cobb tunning the ecu to program it and they did a crappy job since we had to send it back 3 times. The one thing i do reccommened is the programer he has. Just let youknow some info on his wrx. There are more parts on his car that i can send to you later. I am late for work
