Default granada cnovers no front brakes

i just finished my granada conversion and i got it out today to test finish bleeding and such and my rear brakes are locking up!!! even with the proportioning valve at full front brakes. has anyone ever had this porblem?

Just to double check your work...
You did install the adjustable prop valve on the rear brake line right?
Also, have you adjusted the prop valve all the way in the other direction?

ya me and a buddy double checked bleeding. Yes i got a proportioning valve and we got it all the way so that front are at the max braking bias compared to the rear and still the rear locks up. Its like the fronts aren't grabbing as well as they should, not anywere close, and the brake pedal feels spongy. we did 8-9 times when we bled. If someone solves this they will be my hero

Did you bench bleed the MC? If so, did you follow the preferred procedure for bleeding your brakes?

i didn;t benchbleed the mc i had me or my dad had no idea, what is it what how do you do it?
