Default Stock spring rates

Can someone tell me or point me in the right direction for this info? I've searched but to no aveil. While we're at it can someone tell me or point me in the right direction for all V6 specs. Thanks

Thanks beachpony. Exactly what I was looking for. I want to get some aftermarket springs with a close rate to the stock springs. Looks like H&R sports or eibach prokit is the way to go.

Oh alrighty i figured that mightve had something to do with lowering springs but wasnt sure. Eibachs are great but H&R is a good brand as well.
