It is the same as running stock per wear on the clutch but if you going to be racing (launching) yes its going to wear out faster, if it just normal street driving no it won't wear out any faster with a TT.

The only thing your going to have to do is with your tuner set it for 3.73 gears so your car shows the correct MPH.

Our cars do not have a stock girddle... it's stricly an aftermarket item... which also requires you buy a panhard relocation bracket... LOL

What you saw should have looked like this and it's not a girdle. The stock cover does not prevent bearing flex/housing flex and provides minimal rear fluid cooling.

Thanks to the member that posted this pic in their swaybar write up

Ok so if I go with True Track + 3.73 gears is that all I'd need??? or do I also need a griddle ???

You will need a bearing kit $89.00.

The Griddle IMO I would get it regardless, but see below your decision.

1.N.A just running on the street tires and a little sttreet fun- don't think its really needed.
2. Light track use on street tires again don't think it is really needed.
3.Heavy track use on street tires running lower air pressure yes I would get the girdle.
4. Drag radials without a doubt I would get the girdle.

are you guys cookin up pancakes or somethin? its a girdle lol.

Where have you seen that and could you post a link if possible?

Why would they take out the 8.8 on the GTs?

$999 here ... I assume they are 8.8 ... not sure why they would take out V6 parts?

So you need the drive-shaft as well?

EDIT

Disregard below question I just saw you said you assume ( just went to the link didn't read you comment till a second look) yea if it was a 8.8 I think they would post it but I will call tomorrow. Maybe they are the 7.5's out of the Shelby CS 6's.

Thanks for the link.

It doesn't say its a 8.8, how do you know did if it is a 8.8?
