With a track record like yours, I'd save yourself the court fees, the time off from work and the effort you'll put in on keeping track of the cops following you.
It'd be like a recovering crack addict going to court and pleading with the judge that you were just holding the bags of crack for your friend. You won't win.

how old are you. I think you might be young and they just don't like young kids driving nice cars. My cobra came from the factory without a front license plate so if a cop pulled me over for it i'd him to f*** off.
OK, I was wrong about the original driver, but you still persist in driving a car that will get you in trouble. Noone can help you with that dude. You want to drive a target car, you better get it lined up. Yes, the fact that you look young will attract more attention. But you know that. You either toe the line or you can enjoy an economy car. Not sure what I can tell you that will make you happy.
If you listen to people like Andrewclark and Shadowdrake, the crap will just continue and cause more problems for you. As Dr. Phil says "When you choose the behavior, you also choose the consquences." If you get pulled over be polite and respectful. Talk to the officer in a respectful manner and tell him/her you're trying to be legal, and ask why you got pulled over. You say you get all kinds of complaints about your car, well you must not be the angel you purport yourself to be.
Who is an angel? I drive normally and I think it's BS that the cops are harrasing me, as for my track record..this is ridicoulous. I have not one single actual driving voilation. and the complaints i get are for my exhaust, I got the car the way it is and am struggling just to make the payments I can't afford the tickets I've told them so, they keep nailing me with the same dumbass ticket when i haven't had the time or money to fix it, I ordered the plate bracket after my first ticket, took it a week to get here. When i got pulled over yesterday the cop ran up to my car said well you bought yourself a radio ticket, you also dont have a front plate, and roll up your window so i can see if you have tint. That's pretty BS, I said i can understand the radio ticket, the front plate bracket is at my house i already ticket twice and i'm going to mount it as soon as i get home (he says it shouldnt be at home) I talked to another cop and she said she'd keep her co-workers off my back she knows im getting things fixed and I have been it was $330 to get new pipes cuz old people dont like the sound of my car...how nice...the harleys are ok...the mud trucks are ok....my buddys cars are ok....but mines NOT. They dont bother my dad one bit when he drives it. I dont speed i dont bump my music through town (only on major roadways) I'm trying to comply with what they want but they arnt really giving me time, i dont have money in the bank i have to wait paycheck to paycheck to get **** fixed, it took two weeks before i could fix my mufflers and while i was waiting for that paycheck i got another ticket. as for the mods and the power, the guy said it was a conservitive tune
Sounds like you need to move or get new neighbors. and i dont think the cops are ever gonna stop bothering you.. you are making them rich.. with all ur fix it tickets.. im sure they have a pic of ur car posted in all their squad cars... so if i were you i would move, or sell it*
Take some of the tickets to court. Show the Judge that you are trying to fix what you got ticketed for and there was just not enough time Given (i.E Front plate) Same with the exhaust.You won`t get outta all your tickets but every little bit helps. Like others have said when the Cops do pull you over be NICE. You can rant and rave and call him names a block down the road.....It does help to vent

Well if you want to avoid the tint problem do what I'm gonna do.
I'm going splice my wire that goes to my windows control and hook up a kill switch so when the cop comes to my window I can tell him my windows won't go up
