Thanks to you and everyone for a warm welcome (even though technically not an owner Yet?)

I may have to see if you know any good parts suppliers that do not rape us canadians.
I have found some sweet deals for bike parts, but been a long time since I shopped for car parts..
(I think you can see part of my 71 Chevelle in one of my bike picks in the garage)

Pictues will come shortly after the car comes (forcasted mid/late Oct. by dealer)
Hope we will not have snow before I get to drive it with the top down...

Just waiting for a couple more body kit parts before sending in for paint. Hope my painter got the new paint codes...LOL
Also wondering if I should wait to actually have the car before painting parts? Since its a new color might be wise for color match?

Hey all, new member from Alberta Canada

On order (so no pics available yet):

Welcome Canada. Grabber orange is beautiful. The Mustang is the only car I have liked in orange. The hue is just right.

Well should be picking it up tomorrow hopefully... Been a long wait!!!
Called the "ERL" last week and was on the train here.
Called Friday, and it was at the main yard!! Took a pic from as close as I could without
causing the rail yard cops to chase me down.. LOL (Saturday morning)

Then went to show my g-Friend and it was gone from the lot, so we drove to the dealership!
And there she was This afternoon !!
Just wait for the phone call after PDI, and sign the papers!!

Congrats man looks great... but what is that white stuff on it. We haven't had much of that here in the Detroit area but when it comes I hide my Mustang in the garage. Its only been touched by rain three times in the 3 months I've had it.

I think the wait was worth it... how about you?

Enjoy!

<<but what is that white stuff on it>>

Well that is a fact of life in my neck of the woods, and its here for at least 6 months.

I bought the car to drive, not hang on the wall, so I will be installing winter tires withing an hour of signing the papers.
Too much money to have sit around, and not use. I already have a bike that does that during the winter.

And yes the wait was worth it, Just for the look of the cloth top alone !!
