Default Major upgrades coming up for L LANOR

Well I am finally going to pull the trigger and put a Vortec supercharger and Ford Racing 3:73 gear on L LANOR. I ordered the MRT gauge pod and the Boost gauge,Fuel pressure and oil pressure gauge all should be here buy Tuesday. The Supercharger was ordered on 9/5 they had to build the kit since they were out of stock but it should be here soon. On Friday they are going to hookup the power to the gauges and the weekend will work on the gears and supercharger so Monday or Tuesday she should be transformed into what I call a Baby Shelby.

I was going to get a AFR gauge but talking to a few people they don't seem to be too acturate plus it reminds me of the Battle Star Galleta Sylon soldiers the lights just flashing lean to rich all the time. I got the Fuel pressure instead of the AFR gauge.

I am going with the Vortec intercooled polished kit, the cost was around 4,500 but I know you can get the same deal on superchargersonline for 3,779, but I did not have my money in the bank yet and I am on a time crunch since I am leaving for Vegas on 9/21 for a Legend Lime group meeting and car show in Henderson NV.

Way to go on the high polished!

That is the way I would have went if I went Vortech I assume your going with the 3.30 pulley than also?

I just pulled out some paper work I had priced out a Vortech V2 HO- HP 3.30 from JBR, they wanted $3799.00 plus about $200.00 for the HighPolish but worked out a better price it was like 500.00 off but that was because I already had the X Cal 2 and we did a fuel pump delete and X Cal 2 delete from the kit. I had a hard time convincing him the fuel pump wasn't needed and he finaly agreed to a delete it from the kit.

So looks like JBR (non polished) was priced similar to superchargergasonlone non polished.

I don't know what your paying for install but around here on a Vortech its $650.00

Good luck
