Default pony grill in v8 bumper on v6?

Hi, I'm thinking about maybe one day changing the look of my car. I'm wondering if I get the V8 bumpers, do I need any other parts? And does the pony package grill my car came with fit in the V8 bumper? I'm also not 100% sure if the white will match, but I think it will. any opinions on that too for takeoff parts?

thanks in advance

V6 grille has less tabs and is smaller than the GT bumper's grille. It wont fit without doing some work.

What kind of work is involved? Can I assume that it won't look right when I'm done since it is smaller?

I have a v6 grille in a GT bumper...no gap, but it isn't plug and play at all, fitting it and getting no gap was a chore.

can people use the search button? we keep getting the same thread topics over and over and over again. We have a search feature for this reason.
