For duel exaust people keep reccomending MRT Axelbacks for my V6 but I got the latest issue of of Mustang Enthusiest and they're fixing up a V6 using JBA True dual exaust, which one is better for performance? Oh yeah I went to MRT's website and it seems MRT AXELBACKS are only the tips and dont come with an h-PIPE am I misinformed?>

haha wow where do i begin
mrt areoturbine axelback is just that it is a replacement muffler
you only have one muffler and you take off your old one and replace it with an mrt
the jba true dual set up is a system that replaces all your exhaust from about mid car back
this is for people who want a dual exhaust set up
as for 2 mrts on a dual exhaust i would have to say no because it sounds like garbage IMO
they are two totally different setups of exhaust
MRT being a muffler replacement 225$
JBA being a total exhaust kit 700$

"axlebacks" is a fancy word for "mufflers" so if you just buy axlebacks, you will only get the mufflers. the JBA system (I read the article too) is a full cat-back system, which replaces much more. that would give you all the pipes to install them onto our cars. with only axlebacks, you will need to get somebody to make you the pipes. anyways, i have heard the dual mrt's in many sound clips and i dont like them....in general i dont like mrt's because i think they are kind of obnoxiously loud (and if you are going to be obnoxiously loud you better have like 600rwhp)

My JBA true duals with h pipe cost 599 from v6mustangstuff. Doesn't sound like a helicopter or poo, but adding that 2nd exhaust pipe and muffler increased the weight a lot.
