Paint the Hoodscoop?

I'm going to be installing a boss 429 style scoop on my car. I have been thinking of painting it flat black like back in the day. What does everyone think? The car is windveil blue and will have a blacked out grill, black chin spoiler, and rear honeycomb blackout panel.

dont leave it flat, it looks like you were too cheap to paint it...not to mention how fake it looks

Yeah dude paint it, it will look way better. post pics when you get it on. I was thinking of getting that, but i might go with the mrt hood scoop.
