MAC mufflers are NICE. High quality mufflers, and sound great!
BUT.....
Their clamps SUCK!
The best thing you can do is go get a set of 2-1/2 U-clamps from your local muffler shop (under $10 for a set). Replace the MAC clamps with these, HOWEVER do not over tighten them, they will crimp the mufflers onto the over axle pipes if you get them too tight and you will have trouble removing the mufflers if you ever need to.
They look similar to this.

The ford racing axle backs are hard to get a good seal. I had to reposition the clamps several times. If all else fails you could try some exhaust tape around the pipe before putting the mufflers on, that should help it seal, but not sure how long it will last.

What jcovercash said, bar none they will do the job, the MAC clamps are dainty little things meant for dainty little mufflers, which the MAC's are not. Doesn't make sense it's like to departments decided on them and the idiots won.

I had a problem with my ford racing axel backs, the clamps were of a good quality but I think they were just a hair too big. I cranked them down to a bit over 35ft-lbs but they are still loose enough that a good tug could pull them out.
