KC can hook you up, hes a ford parts dealer. I get all my ford parts from him, and his prices are better than the local dealers. Here is his email: Clevparts@aol.com

Ya if you wanna make the exhaust look better just get a new exhaust. Even if its a GT take off like me the tip looks alot better plus you get a little horsepower out of it. And its cheap and easy to install.

yeah dude, most of the tips that i saw were like $60+

for that you could easily get a gt take off which looks good and sounds better, and for a bit more you can get a decent after market one

Thanks guys. Does a GT "takeoff" have a chrome tip? Also how does it sound in comparison with the stock V6 muffler? I really like the sound of the V6 muffler. Also where is the best place to get the GT Takeoff?

Has a factory stainless tip, longer and straighter, doesn't aim down like the stock 6 muffler. Sounds much better than the stock, performs better than stock, looks better than stock, blah blah blah. Check sponser V6 Mustang Stuff, they have a section for OEM take-off parts, usually like $80 for a pair of the GT's. Take the pair and then, when and if you want to switch to duals you'll be good to go like Taco Bell.

v6mustangstuff.com would be a good place but i'd suggest search ebay 1st. I bought my GT Take Off Exhaust from there for $50 after shipping.
