3.73s are better for everyday driving, 4.10s are better if you plan on doing some track time or plan on street racing (which I do not openly condone).

I'll say this, I got 3.73s. Can't say I noticed a difference until I ran with my buddy in his 96 or 98 GT and totally stuck to him through 1st and 2nd gear. Didn't change my 1/4 mile at all, though I'm thinking my clutch or the track conditions could also have had something to do with it.
FOR THE RECORD, I only got 3.73s over 4.10s because the 3.73s came in a package deal with the T-lok and Predator.

for 200 rpms and minus 2 mpg, i would go with 4.10s, if i were to recomend what gears im putting in mine once i get the chance, then well that will be intersting
