Where exactly is the other hologram located behind the back seat? I pulled it down, but did not want to go pulling stuff off without knowing where to look.

Driver side strut tower under the hood, under the back seat somewhere( have also heard of this one being under the driver seat) and Ford has a 3rd one that can be mailed to you.

all of those places plus, i heard that inside the rear bumber there should be some paper documents with facts on when and where the car was built, the vehicle number, etc. etc.

Thanks. Found the location of the second one looking on Bullitt Archives -- have to remove the back seat. Going to look for the papers too.
