Default whats cheaper/easier/better

i have a 91 lx stang 4banger. i would like to know if i should build the engine up from the 2.3 or swap for a 2.3t. what would be the cheaper decision? is it difficult and time consuming to make the switch? and how much horsepower is it possibale to get out of each engine? is it possible to build up a 2.3 n/a enough to out run a 2.3t?

sorry for all the ?'s i just want to make a good decision.
thanks

the 2.3 turbo swap would be easier and less espensive. you can build the 2.3 n/a up pretty high in hp but you will have to spend a large amount of money

Easy depends on your skill. Cheap depends on your budget.
