Default Helix Throttle Body Spacer

What's up?

Quick question. Has anyone used the Helix Throttle Body Spacer with good results? I read that it can give up to 10hp and 12tq...

Are there other better ones on the market? Is it worth purchasing? And how exactly does it work/what does it do?

Thanks everyone!

i have heard that its as useful as a poopie flavored lolli pop.
imo, i dont believe that it gives you that much hp and tq, but it may give you a little.
the premise behind it is to increase air flow AFTER the throttle body...
the helix one specifically has a "vortex" design to it...sounds fishy to me.
