Default Using 87 octane in a s/c car??

Mustang TV did a feature on the CS 6
http://mustangtv.com/archives.php?view=list&orderby=new
and they said they were using 87 octane gas in it. So can you super charge and still use Regular?

Default RE: Using 87 octane in a s/c car??

My guess would be that it would depend on who put the tune in the car, so it might be possible but most tunes I have seen with S/C were the 91 or 92 ones.
