So I have a stock 05 V6, nothing special but 20 inch rims. I feel with most of you when you talk about the throttle response. However, I usually play with these imports cuz they seem to be the only ones who wanna have fun. I end up kicking their butts almost everytime and if I don't it is very close. Well, I was coming home from work one night and there were two cars behind me. One was some Nissan, and the other looked like the batmobile. Well it didn't click at the time of what it was. Anyways, this Nissan comes up right beside me at the stop light and revs his go-cart motor on up. So light my cigarette and blow his doors off. I happen to look in my rearview and I see two sets of lights...one being the nissan waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind me, and the other being this black car right behind me. I was doing about 90. Well he pulls up next to me and I see the nose of his car drop as he downshifted, so I punch it again....he ****ing dusted me hardcore, like no mercy. Well, when he pulled away, I saw his tag...WS6. Anyways, I found out he lives in the same complex as me and we now work together, kinda weird. Anyways, don't let yourself be embarassed as I was if you see the batmobile lurking. His was a 6spd, with longtubes and flowmaster duals.[:@]

I don't even bother street racing anymore...90% of the iiots out there i wouldn't waste gas on, they can go post on their Civic forum how they smoked a Mustang. The other 10% that want to race will mostly hand us our ass. Not just ls engines like a GTO, Camero SS or Trans-Am, there are plenty of imports that will hand us our ass also. A low 15-high 14 car isn't fast in a racing sense, and one with heavy-ass 20's weighing it down like sandbags definetly isn't fast...rotational weight kills performance, if you want performance anything bigger then 17 inch rim is a waste imo, and never ever get chrome rims!
