Sorry to dig up an old topic, but... That JBA fastback..... Anyone got any info on it?

Which one is the JBA fastback?

Thats the 67 "Fast Forward Fastback" that was created by Rad Rides By Troy for eBay. If you google "fastforward fastback" you will find all kinds of info on it. I believe the restoration process was on the tv show "Rides" as well. They droped an s/c efi in that thing and tuned the living shi!t out of it. Its a badass car.

Right click on the picture file you have saved on your computer and see how big of a file size it is. You made need to shrink it down a little bit in order to upload it (I think the limit is 400K)

Yeah but if you go by the definition this thread started with it's still a RESTOMOD.
And we can't forget that white overflow tank.
By the way...I shaved my door handles!

Hi Soarin,
Maybe you can help me. i just purchased a restomod 66 stang and the front wheels rub the fender wall on hard turns. what do you recomend. The car is now equipped with P205/75/R14 tires mounted on cragar ss 15"rims these are the problem with rubbing. The rears are fine with P255/60R 15's moiunted on 16" cragar ss rims. This car is 4 wheel disc brakes and stops on a dime. i just want to eliminate the rub factor up front. I still cannot upload a pic because I gat an error message.

Wow that is a fairly narrow tire. You may be able to go with a smaller sidewall like a 60 or 50 even instead of that 75. Also, what is your backspacing on the rim? Man you got a 255 in the back, that is some good sized rubber.

nice mirror it looks stock.

i'm thinking chrome bullit mirrors or the old paintable euro style from the 80's.
I can't find any info on the old euro style (porsche) mirrors . I had them on a car many years ago. I kinda like them
they've gone the way of the "members only" jacket
