does any 1 know what a stock 2002 saleen supercharged runs in the 1/4 mile..??

I specificly remember Saleen quoting on their website in 2001 that a '01 S281SC will run a 12.9. The '01 S281SC were rated at 350hp while the N/A S281 was rated at 285hp.

I have seen stock 02 S281sc's running as fast as mid-high 12's. But, with an average driver, most I see run in the low 13 range. With the series IV blower, the car is a solid high 12's car, but with the series II blower (the one you have), it takes a good driver to get one into the 12's. Remember this; Saleens are very difficult to hook up at the track. With their stiffer suspension and 35 series tires, it really refects the driver's ability.

IMO I think Saleen's times are off from real world numbers. A Terminater which is a more powerful car has 390hp (underrated) runs 12.9 stock with a GOOD driver of course.
