Default Using Pony Grill wiring and switch with GT Grill?

Just curious does anybody know if it would be possible to wire a GT Grill and lights on a V6 car using the Pony Grill Switch and harness? That would sure beat some of the hack wiring harness and switches being sold on eBay .....

I dont think that's possible. The connections to the fog lamps are different.

The switch is the same switch that is in the GT's. The only thing different is the actually socket that plugs into the lights themselves. they are different. You would have to cut the old sockets off and put the GT fog sockets on to fit the lights.

My understanding is that the GT Fog Light wiring harness will not work at all on the V6. So since the Pony grill wiring does plug and play on the V6 I thought it would be an easy way to wire a GT grill ... dealing with the connectors on the lamps is easier than dealing with the harness itself .... Well thats what i heard. I am planning on upgrading when i put the GT front on. I am going to actually take it down to the dealers so they can put the new plugs on. I had a post like this a while ago and from my understanding the Wires and everythign is the same just the plugs that plug into the fogs are different.
