Frank Berard WINS his first Round Elimination on July 16 running a .66 with an 8 on his 8.66 dial. His reaction time was good also, I didn't write that down but the net result was a tuff combination for his competition to beat and he wasn't that close. You can see Frank looking over and get out of it just before the line. Extremely Hot and Humid conditions meant the Density Altitude was around 3500ft for LVD which is 603ft above sealevel and most guys were 2 tenths off their normal indexes.
