Ya the 04 models will come out i think the 100th edition. With a Mystic Shifting Color, and interio color changin paint also. Im thinking about buying 1 of thse o4's then trading it in for the 05 at the dealership what u guys think? Im currently 16 and ill b 17 March 25 next yr. so by that time i should have it, but i dont know about the finace and s**t like that lol. is this possible to do though?

Well my parents are goin to pay for it, ill pay kinda for it when i get my job, and it will b my car under my name but under there name too? something like that you know what i mean? but what i wanted to know if it is possible to buy say a 03 or a 04 then drive it for a while till the new 05's come out, and trade it in you know? so i can get the 05.

if you have the money anything is possible. if your parents finance the car, your name won't go on it. if they paid cash for it, they can sign it over to you. but then you are responsible for registration insurance etc...even if your parents pay it, if its just your name, they don't have to. and i have a feeling when they find out how much the insurance will cost, you'll be SOL.

OF COURSE IT IS POSSIBLE, but you will lose a lot of money. The dealers only pay you a fraction of the value of your car in a trade in. You are better off waiting. (ps. you lucky bastard)

Maaaan. In every forum yer posting that yer thinking about buyin an 03 SVT Cobra, or lookin to purchase a saleen. Every forum yer purchasing whatever car the forum is on. Its nice to have dreams, I just think its funny to be seeing a 16 yr old able to buy one of these nice ass cars. You said yer dads a truck driver?
Anyways, the mystic model is gonna be the s**t. Theyre also coming out with the Mach 1s that are crimson red. They look sweet :) Might have to trade in my 03 for one of them.

ROFL, best mis-understanding ever! My 3rd gen went from black to metallic purple in the light.
Nobody has answered my question either...what's the HP rating going to be for the 04 GT?

The '04 is the same, but according to several magazines I've read, the '05 GT will have "300 plus". Cant wait till '06 though.... new Cobra.... (insert evil laugh here)
[EDIT] Oh yeah, its supposed to have a 4.6L SOHC 3v V8 similar to the one in the '04 F-150
