Ok, so I keep bouncing back and forth about what I want to do with the front end of my '06. Initially, I thought about getting some GT takeoff and making the front of my V6 look like a GT. Not because I want it to be a GT, just because I liked the look. As I looked around though, my eye was caught by the Cervini C series billet grill with the running pony off to the side. The problem is, I still want fogs (my current setup has the pony package). So I was thinking, there are two open rectangular areas in the lower grille already. What if I put fogs in that spot. Anyone know where I can get fogs that will fit that spot?

There was a member here that did it, put the small fogs in lower grille, but don't remember who. 05Stang over on mustang evolution has done like 6 different front setups, and he put small fogs in his lower grille at one point. Hes done more body work to a S197 than anyone I have seen on these forums.

Looking closely at skoshi42's setup, it looks like that's what he may have done as well. I just need to measure out the existing holes in the lower grill and find a pair that will fit. Then I've got to figure out how to mount them there.
Like I said, I have the pony package now, so I think I can wire up any new fogs in place of the grill fogs and not have to have any new switches in the car. Then it's out with the stock grill and in with the Cervini.
Unless I'm forgetting some important detail that would prevent me from doing so?

I went throught the same debate myself, and I did some research into the billet grilles, so here's some advice: Before you shell out the $275 for the Cervini's grille, make sure it's a replacement and not an overlay. Many of the billet grilles available are simply overlays that go over the top of your stock grille, and you can still see the stock grille through them, which to me looks like a$$, and is frankly a waste of money. Also, there are many sellers on ebay offering REPLACEMENT grilles for like $150. They don't come with the pony emblem, but you can get one of those on ebay for less that $25, and put the other $100 into something else. That may even cover the cost of the foglights for your lower grille!
