You cant miss the antenna its a black cable about 3/8" in diameter, it has a metal tip with protruding tip in the middle. As for the radio, depending on if its stock or not, will more than likly need to be removed to plug it in. But if its their fault you NEED to take it back to them so they can repair the problem. At my dealership, we had a car come in that they had just installed a custom head unit (the radio), but when they did that the automatic seatbelt stopped working. We repaired the wiring, and they had to foot the bill. So dont do anything yourself, otherwise theyll blame it on you and wont be held liable.

I agree man. If they did it take it back to them to make sure that they fix it. I can promise that they noticed it was not working as they should have checked it before pulling the car out of the bay.......

just got back, it was loose......

got my money back and they left the wiring in there, so if i get another amp/sub i can just plug it right in

but since this last one kept blowing the fuse.....i dont think any amp/sub set up like this will work properly
