I just swapped a 99+ engine into my 94. I had to have a new fuel rail made to add a return line to the 99 rail. I also had to switch the camshaft sensor. I also had to cut and splice the injecotor plug wires from the 99 harness to the 94, because the plugs on the injectors are different. I also had to cut and splice a few of the other sensor plugs to work with the 99 sensors I could use. I also had to lengthen some of the wires on the 94 harness cause the sensors are in different places. Also when you switch to a 99+ you need to use the 99 MAF sensor, because the 99 uses 21lb injectors and the 94 uses 14 lb injectors. I was able to use the 94 computer.

You can't use the 94 intake, because the 99's throttle body sits closer to the wall and the 94 intake is to long and will not fit.
