it still has a newer body! :-/ I don't know hopefully it'll make up for the money in performance...and maybe (:D) they'll drop the price.

Smartest thing 2 do would be to ya know get one used.....

just so you guys know these are the prices for the 2005 mustangs


 


2005 V6 offered in the standard,delux, and  premium  $18,500-21,000


the upper end model includes the pony package interior upgrade and mach 1000 system...\


2005 GT offered in delux, and premium starting around $25,000-$33,000same as a well equiped GT in 2003 and 2004 leather and mach 460 sound system


 


2006 will introduce the MACH I around $30,000


COBRA under $40,000 for coupe and up to $45,000 for convertable depending on the equipment...THE 2006 COBRA WILL HAVE A SUPERCHARGED 5.4L V8


there is also a strong rumor that FORD will bring back the BOSS mustang..


and SHELBY is working with FORD to produce a SHELBY COBRA MUSTANG

how much will the '05 stangs weigh?? they look pretty heavy from what i can see. hopefully they aint as heavy as my ws6.

I would guess that the Mustang is going to be heavy. They look heavy. Mustangs have been getting heavier and heavier.


The scary thought is that at one time Thunderbirds were small two door sports cars. Then they bloated and bloated. The final hurrah for them was the psuedo-retro iteration we see today.... How bout that retro Stang?

probably will be heavier...they do look like it. Yeah heres a thought the 4 door mustang! EEEWWW!  I guess no one knows for sure how heavy they'll be...
