BAH! My headlamps suck....I hit a dog this morning on the 405. My car is fine but the dog is dead unfortunatley.... I was wondering how hard is it to change out the headlamps? I was thinking of buying these...http://www.stangmods.com/PhotoGallery.asp?ProductCode=00358

Luminics Blue Headlamps...

Anyone have any experience or advice as to what to get?

saleen hid's!!!!!!!!
just installed a pair on my v6. will post pictures of the install and of them on shortly.
also installed a 06 pony package grill for extra light. will be installing hid's in it as well.
the stock lights suck and adding more powerful bulb will not help much plus you can easily melt the wires going to them lamps without modding them with heavy guage wire.
i have the stock left light off my mustang that is in perfect condition if you need to buy a replacement. i am selling it for $70.00. half the price of a nos one and only 5000 miles on it. the left one has a broken bracket on it that got damaged when it was sitting on the garage floor.
let me know
also be careful of those that offer hid upgrades that are bulbs only!!!!! they do not have high beams and will not pass safety. the saleed kit is the only one that offers high and low beams and is dot approved but still make a big difference. the upgrade kits are good for fog and driving where ther are just on or off and the pony grill takes h11 bulb upgrade. not sure about the gt lamps

i'm a be honest with you man, waste of money. changing the bulbs does a little bit but nothing significant. i'm saving my money for whole new headlight housing set. here they are if you want to have a true custom look. http://www.mustangtuning.com/2005-projector-head-lights-black.html
