STEREO HELP PLEASE????
 

When i bought my GT it had a Pioneer deck and a Jensen 300 watt amp with the stock mach 460 speakers. Last week the deck speakers quit. At first i thought it was the amp but it's not. There's nothing coming from the deck to the back. I'm looking at a new pioneer 4600 deck at wally world for $160. Today i found a pair of Boston 6" speakers with seperate tweaters for $200. Are these good speakers??? I'm thinking about putting them in the doors. Same guy has a pair if Alpine 6x8s for $150 for the deck. Same ?, any good???

go for an all new system. the cd player is good if your just looking for decent sound. The boston Acustics get them they are very good in SQ (sound quality) the amp that you have is very simple nothing special. the alpine's are good too. what series are they type R is the best type s is one step down.

definitely go with the alpines man, and don't buy any stereo anything from wally world, go to a place where you can ask your questions, and the sales associate actually has some knowledge. I always go to circuit city, they have a great installation bay, and everybody there really knows their stuff.

u get wat u pay for when it comes to audio and visual
