I suggested it to my dad and he said it takes the "fun" out of the old ladys,, Im stickin w/Manual Steering with all the 12oz curls+Manual steering i dont even have to bench anymore

Yeah, it has been done many times, but the Mustang II front ends are lame. I built a kit car one time, and used the rack and pinion from a 78 Mustang and it worked just fine for that application. Now, as far as powersteering, I have powersteering. It's called powersteering by Armstrong. I don't think we need powersteering on our 65-66's, but you guys with the big boats do I suppose.
