Will 235/50/18's fit on a 18x9" wheel? Two of the tires that came with the wheels went flat yesterday after getting screws in them in a spot that no tire shop will patch. Those tires were 245/40/18, and the diameter wasn't big enough for my tastes. I am looking at a deal on getting some 235/50/18's fairly cheap and I am wondering if they are too narrow to fit on a 9" wide wheel.

I thought I saw a post where someone was running a the exact same tires I'm looking at on the same size wheels, but now I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the 235/50-18 will fit. The 235 tires will generally fit wheels from 8-91/2 inch widths. Not to worry, enjoy!
