lmao, thats exactly what i was going to build, only with my buddies used 250cc motor (~40hp) and 5spd tranny. good thing 90% of the aluminum we'd need to make a tubular chassis is sittin on shelves in his garage too, though welding aluminum is a bltch.

for the record, shifter carts have about 11-15hp, and can go 100-120+mph! god those things are sexy/scary

I ALSO HAVE NEVER HAD THE DAUNTING TASK TO DRIVE A GTO, BUT I HAVE DROVE A COUPLE OF MUSTANG GT'S. THAT SAID THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE ONE HELL OF A CAR TO OUT-PERFORM ONE OF THE ONLY 2 MUSCLE CARS THAT HAS NEVER STOPPED BEING PRODUCED, THE MUSTANG IS ONE AND THE CORVETTE IS THE OTHER
