oh yeah i'm definitely going black on black... i'm just wondering if fanblades would look right in black... i know bullits would... but fanblades? lol
I've seen one set of black powedercoated fanblades. There is a little "lip" that surrounds each spoke that the owner left polished, and blacked out everything in the middle. It looked BEAUTIFUL. I've been trying to find a price to have it done to my fanblades, but the only powdercoater who would even consider doing my rims is only willing to do the whole rim. Apparently, leaving that little edge polished is just too hard. Anyway, he wanted $650 to powdercoat the rims black. Not worth it if he can't do it the way I want it.

There's a guy at work that has a black Mustang with black fanblade rims. The outside rim is a metallic silver color. I don't have a pic but they look really cool. They will look good on your car.

I take the opposing position on this one, too much black for my taste. I could see you doing the centers in a dark gray or the old "argent" color that was used in the sixties on MUSTANGs. Leaving the outside rim a chrome or shiny silver might look hot.
I can't help but recall that awful NIGHTRIDER show with the all black TRANS AM years ago, YUCK !!!

1- i bought the window scoops off of Ebay, then had a local body shop paint them. 2- yes i had trouble getting them to stick the first time, so i took both of them off, reapplied them more miticulously on a WARMER day, and they have been fine ever since (knock on wood lol)
3- I would seriously kill for some pictures of these black fanblades u guys are talking about... this is something i'm seriously considering and that would help me out SOO much.

I got the 17" for $1340.00 out the door - that includes everything - wheels, tires, installation, balancing, tax, valve stems, lug nuts... I got them from Discount Tire. I think the 17" wheels were 165 per wheel. The 18s were about 10 dollars more a wheel.
Dude, your bullitts are wicked sweet on that car! I say don't change a thing. Save the money for your F/I.
haha thanks man... i'm just a sucker for that black on black look lol... and those are the wheels that came with the car so i'm compelled to get aftermarket ones just because lol but i appreciate the compliment
