Im sure as anyone that has had bumper inserts on thier car for a while knows they start to bubble and peel (or at least mine have) whats the best way to get those suckers off of there?

nah dude mine have been on there for 4 years and everyone thinks they are painted on. but since yours have i would spray soapy water on them and since they are all ready bubbles try to peel them off without scratching or chipping them paint. also a heat gun may make the adhesive loosen and maybe that too will help you out.

all you have to do is the same thing you did to install them. Spray soapy water onto them......soak them in it...and then slowly peel them off while continuing to spray them with the soapy water. They have very weak backing so they wont be too hard to pull off..trust me i had some like 5 years ago.

AND we have the BLACK SS INSERTS for you :)
