Just a note, UDP's on our cars don't show significant gains for the price, I wouldn't bother with it, the TB or TB spacer. Ultimate performance!!!!! Drop a crate motor in it with a twin turbo at 40+ lbs of boost!!!!!! LOL. The new 4.0L is a solid performing six! You will be suprised what a CAI/Tune would do for this car. I would go with one of the following: CAI/Tuner Combo • Doug/Bamachips: XCAL2 and your choice of TI or C&L CAI. (When I switched to his tune for my old TI, it shaved off 3/10ths on my time, his daily driver is an auto as well, though I think he has several test mules/test customer cars at his disposal) • Evolution: XCAL2 and C&L (lot of guys use them, they have a good rep, actually met them at FFW, good bunch of guys) • AZDynoChip: XCAL2 and ? (don't know if they do the internet thing, they will tune any CAI and produce some of the highest dyno numbers) • Lidio/Alternative Auto: XCAL2 and CAI (I did some research and several shops referred me to him for Automatics, his personal daily driver is an auto) • Brenspeed: XCAL2 and C&L (another highly reputable shop) • Justin/VMP Tuning: XCAL2 and ? (Considered one of the top dogs for the V6 stang community and collaborates with Doug on occasion to my knowledge, he’s also tested more CAI’s on the same dyno session than anyone I’ve seen so far, read about it here: http://www.v6power.net/vb/showthread.php?t=25551 ) You can find links to most of the above tuners here: http://www.mustangforums.com/m_1189936/tm.htm Then, after that, I would look into the following: -Axleback exhaust (MRT is the favourite and Scrming dyno'd it to show the highest gain, sounds kick ass in single configuration IMO, can be challenging in a dual configuration IMO but can be done) -LSD -Gears -Tires/Wheels (Saleen, diversified and Casco have good deals on GT take offs, like others have said this is a good cost solution, I think diversified is the favourite around here.) Then, after all of this, I would start talking Zex (Nitrous), Turbo or Supercharger. What are your plans for the car, street, track or both? That helps decide the route to take with the car as well.

OK Karie... Now seriously... 1. How fast do you want to get this done..... over night.... over the span of the next 3 months... or you don't care. 2. how much are you realisticly wanting to spend... not this hypothetical "Unlimited Funds" stuff. Most people start out with a CAI and a tune.... see where that takes you... Then exhaust... If you want a true JUMP in HP.. the turbo or blow it. Keep in mind - as you pump up the HP... it will effect other things like handeling, so you will have to beef up the suspension. And... what do you want out of your car..... Strip machine.... Road Machine... blend... You have to take those things into consideration as you decide to what extent you want to make your mods.

Yea scrming....i have read posts at this forum for like 3 months but have been an acutal member for like 3 weeks..but anyways, when I grabbed modified mustangs and was looking through it, my jaw dropped. I was like..holy crap--thats scrmings car..lol. It was cool seeing a familiar car in there though. So yea, kinda off topic, but i just had to say it. Congrats on being in modified mustangs--thats freakin awesome.
