UNIQUE PERFORMANCE
I am wondering if anyone on here has purchased any parts from Unique Performance, specifically rear suspension. I placed an order for a rear suspension in Feb. I was told i would have the product in 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks i contacted them and they told me two weeks. Two weeks went by and they told me another two weeks. Now its July 20 and i still have no rear suspension. I finally told them that if i didnt have the suspension right away that i would send all my parts from my previous order back and want a refund. The next action they took was telling me that they had a system they would ship me and they would mail it asap and give me a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me didnt work. After calling again they claimed the system was sent back and shipped again. I called the company they use for shipping www.baxglobal.com and they said there were no records of anything being shipped to my area.
The reason i am posting this is to see if anyone else has had trouble getting products from Unique Performance and to warn you from placing any orders. Not only can they not deliver but they lie as well. Please if anyone else has had a similar experience with Unique Performance contact me. This company is all over the media, in magazines, and is affiliated with Carrol Shelby and Chip Foose, but at the end of the day they have horrible customer service and cannot deliver what they promise.
