View Full Version : NEW SHELBY IN THE WORKS? mustangman5089 07-03-2004, 05:45 PM I was reading Mustang monthly and found an article that said there was a very good chance for a shelby model of the of the new Mustang. Has anyone else heard anything about this? Sorry about the double saw in the previous thread.Enjoy the pic. http://www.mustangforums.com/upfiles/7237/asppg_Rm363731849.jpg thats photoshoped....i went to the Detroit Auto Show thats where the 05 stang was sitting. but ya there might be a shelby and if there is a shelby....there will be no cobra, last thing i heard was carroll shelby was trying to get it called the shelby mustang because he owns the cobra trademark or w/e its called. I read in a Autoweek awhile back that mr. shelby wants to put the v-10 from the 05 Cobra concept car in the mustang....but that would cost a hell of alot of money so I doubt that will happen...I wish i had the pic of shebly concept it had 2 hoop scoops different wing but it looked awesome Redline03GT 08-10-2004, 05:51 AM yeah ive seen some pictures of it so i wouldnt doubt it.
